How do I place an order?

Placing an order for items on Angela Smith's website is very straight forward. Select the item(s), including chain length/ colour where applicable, you will be automatically prompted if certain requirements are not selected. Click the "Add to Cart" button and then follow the on-line prompts in order to make payment.

Payment and Shipping

We currently use Paypal for taking payments, which is one of the most safe and secure ways to buy online. Our shipping cost is a flat fee of £3.50 regardless of the amount of items you purchase. If your order totals £60 or more then postage is free. Items will be posted out to you first class signed for, by Royal Mail post, as soon as your order has been processed and is practically possible. In the majority of cases we will process your order within 24 hours but please allow up to 10 days for delivery. Please note that currently orders can only be placed by UK customers.

I don't have pierced ears - can you change hooks over to clips?

Yes that is not a problem- please contact me to arrange this.

Is it possible to order a bracelet or necklace in a different length to the one listed in your shop.

Quite possibly! Please contact me to discuss this further

Is it possible to order an item of jewellery in a different colour to that shown on your listing.

This depends on the design and type of beads used, but I am often able to use different coloured beads to recreate a similar piece. Please contact me to discuss your requirements.

Do you make bespoke items of jewellery to order?

Yes - I am more than happy to take on commission pieces. Please contact me to discuss your requirements
